These website terms do not replace or modify a signed construction contract. If you have a signed agreement with One Stop RE Shop, that agreement controls your project.

Permitted Use of the Website
You may use this website to learn about our work, review past projects, and contact us about a remodeling project. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to break its security, scraping or copying content for commercial use, submitting false information, uploading harmful files, or using the site for anything unlawful.
Our Services
One Stop RE Shop provides residential remodeling and construction services, including kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, whole-home remodels, and new construction. Work is performed by our team along with licensed and insured subcontractors and trade partners, who are independent businesses rather than our employees.

Inquiries Do Not Create a Contractor-Client Relationship
Submitting a form, uploading photos, or exchanging messages with us does not create a contractor-client relationship and does not obligate either of us to proceed. We may decline a project for any lawful reason.
Ranges Are Not Binding Estimates
Any budget ranges, planning ranges, preliminary numbers, or ideas discussed by phone, email, text, or on this website are for planning purposes only. They are not binding estimates, proposals, bids, or offers.
When a Project Actually Begins
A project begins only after the applicable written agreement is signed by both parties. The signed construction contract, along with the accepted proposal, change orders, selections, and other project-specific documents, controls the actual scope, pricing, schedule, payment terms, warranties, cancellation terms, and dispute procedures. If anything on this website conflicts with those documents, those documents control.
Online Payments
Online payments are processed through Stripe using Stripe's hosted checkout or secure payment components. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we do not collect or store full card numbers on this website. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment and billing information, and for making sure you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.
Deposits, progress payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by your signed project agreement. Nothing on this website changes those terms. Payments made online are applied to the amounts described in your project documents.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, design, logos, and project photography on this website are owned by One Stop RE Shop or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish, or use our content or project photos without our written permission.
If you send us photos or files, you confirm you have the right to share them and you give us permission to use them for the purpose of evaluating and performing your project. Use of your project photos for marketing is handled through your project agreement or with your separate permission.
Third-Party Links
This website may link to other websites and services we do not control, such as review platforms, social media, suppliers, or payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability
