These website terms do not replace or modify a signed construction contract. If you have a signed agreement with One Stop RE Shop, that agreement controls your project.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Permitted Use of the Website
You may use this website to learn about our work, review past projects, and contact us about a remodeling project. You agree not to misuse the site, for example, by attempting to break its security, scraping or copying content for commercial use, submitting false information, uploading harmful files, or using the site for anything unlawful.
Our Services
One Stop RE Shop provides residential remodeling and construction services, including kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, whole-home remodels, and new construction. Work is performed by our team along with licensed and insured subcontractors and trade partners, who are independent businesses rather than our employees.

Content on this website is provided for general information. Photos, descriptions, timelines, and price ranges reflect past or typical projects and may change at any time without notice. Every home and project is different.
Inquiries Do Not Create a Contractor-Client Relationship
Submitting a form, uploading photos, or exchanging messages with us does not create a contractor-client relationship and does not obligate either of us to proceed. We may decline a project for any lawful reason.
Ranges Are Not Binding Estimates
Any budget ranges, planning ranges, preliminary numbers, or ideas discussed by phone, email, text, or on this website are for planning purposes only. They are not binding estimates, proposals, bids, or offers.
When a Project Actually Begins
A project begins only after the applicable written agreement is signed by both parties. The signed construction contract, along with the accepted proposal, change orders, selections, and other project-specific documents, controls the actual scope, pricing, schedule, payment terms, warranties, cancellation terms, and dispute procedures. If anything on this website conflicts with those documents, those documents control.
Online Payments
Online payments are processed securely through Square or other third-party payment processors we may use from time to time. Payment information is entered directly through the applicable payment provider's secure payment system. One Stop RE Shop does not collect or store complete credit or debit card numbers on this website.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment and billing information and for ensuring that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
We may accept payment by ACH/bank transfer, check, credit card, debit card, or other payment methods made available to you.
Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments may be subject to a surcharge where permitted by applicable law and card-network rules. Any applicable surcharge will be disclosed before the payment is completed and will not exceed the amount permitted by applicable law or card-network requirements.
Credit card surcharges do not apply to debit cards or other payment methods for which surcharges are prohibited. Where available, customers may choose an alternative payment method, such as ACH/bank transfer or check, to avoid a credit card surcharge. Any applicable payment fees will be disclosed before payment is completed.
Project Payments
Deposits, material payments, progress payments, final payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the customer's signed project agreement, accepted proposal, invoice, or other applicable project documents. Nothing on this website changes those terms.
Payments made online are applied to the amounts described in the applicable project documents.
Payment for custom, special-order, or customer-specific materials may be required in full before an order is placed. Once an order has been submitted to a supplier or manufacturer, amounts paid for non-cancelable, non-returnable, custom, fabricated, or special-order materials are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any cancellation, return, modification, restocking, shipping, or other charges imposed by the supplier or manufacturer as a result of a customer-requested change or cancellation are the customer's responsibility, as provided in the applicable project documents.
Use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, design, logos, and project photography on this website are owned by One Stop RE Shop or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish, or use our content or project photos without our written permission.
If you send us photos or files, you confirm you have the right to share them and you give us permission to use them for the purpose of evaluating and performing your project. Use of your project photos for marketing is handled through your project agreement or with your separate permission.
Third-Party Links
This website may link to other websites and services we do not control, such as review platforms, social media, suppliers, or payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The website itself is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty on construction work is set out in your signed project documents and applicable Illinois law, not on this website.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, One Stop RE Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section limits liability related to the website only and does not limit any rights or remedies under your signed construction contract or rights that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois. Disputes about a construction project follow the dispute procedures in your signed agreement.
Severability and Changes
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these terms at any time; when we do, we will revise the effective and last-updated dates above. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
