One Stop RE Shop is owned and operated by Adam Soyak, a real estate investor, builder, and remodeling contractor with hands-on experience transforming properties from the ground up.

Adam's background gives him a practical eye for layout, durability, and where improvements genuinely add value. He works directly with homeowners to plan their renovation, make confident design and material decisions, and navigate the unexpected issues that can arise during construction.

You won't be handed off to a salesperson after the first meeting. Adam stays personally involved throughout the project, with clear communication from the initial walkthrough through completion.
